A fun way to spend a day in Piedmont is a culinary class. Learn all the tips, tricks and recipes passed down for generations, a perfect souvenir that keeps on giving. Our specialties are traditional pastas; agnolotti del plin and tajarin. After cooking up a storm enjoy a well-deserved aperitif accompanied by typical produce such as cheese, salami and appetizers.
Lunch will be served with a wine pairing so you can enjoy your fresh pasta with the perfect glass of wine.
After the cooking class you have option to complete your day by visiting a local winery. Get to know the producer and their story. You will be given a glimpse at the work that goes on in the vineyards, followed by a tour of the cellar and degustation wine tasting.
